These are a few pictures my friend, Cari, took for me a few weeks ago.  I LOVE all of them!  I'm using the car picture for my Christmas card. This Christmas season is so much fun with Pearce at the age he is.  He loves all the "yights" and "Santa 'tuff!"

Thanksgiving 2013

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in Dallas!  Pearce had so much fun playing with all of his cousins.  He is actually still in Dallas now....Chris and I left on Saturday and left Pearce with my parents until Tuesday.  He is having the time of his life right now!  So, back to Thanksgiving.  Ashley cooked an amazing turkey and we all just had fun being together.

 

 

 

 

On Friday, the girls had a shopping day in Canton, TX.  I had never been to Canton and was so excited to go.  We had the best time walking around and seeing all the vendors.  Me, Ash, and Jen all got a lot of cute Christmas decorations and few other little decorative things.  We felt kind of bad, because the point of going was to have a girls outing celebrating Mom's 70th birthday and Alexandra's 17th birthday.....but mom didn't even buy anything!  When we came home, we surprised her with a little "Movie Night."  Mom and Dad have tons of 8mm film strips of us and mom has been wanting to watch some again, so we planned for Daddy to get it all ready for when we came home.  The guys were already over at Mom and Dad's watching football, but they did their job and decorated the house, too.  Mom was so surprised and we had lots of fun eating a great dinner, having birthday cake, opening presents, and watching old home movies!

iPhone pics

Whoa...I am way behind on my blog!  Chris got me a new computer and it has a taken a while to get everything set up and transferred and for me to learn how to use all of the updated software!  Here are just a few random iPhone pics from this past month.

When we were in Dallas, we went to see Grandma several times.  Pearce is always so sweet and loving to Grandma :)

Pearce was having the time of his life playing in Mama's bathroom.  He would turn the water off and on, off and on.  Then he would go to her shower and spray Windex and "clean" the shower....then he decided to give "BB" a bath :)

I bought myself a new tree and couldn't wait to put it up and decorate!  Mom made the tree skirt for me and I just love it!!

 

I went ahead and put Pearce's Christmas tree up too.  He was so excited to see it!

 

I also put a couple strands of lights and tinsel on his bookshelf.  Christmas is so fun this year with him!

Halloween 2013

Halloween 2013 was a success!  I had been looking forward to it this whole month!  Pearce has had so much fun walking up and down our street looking at the "pooky houses" each night and he always wanted to see the "ah-ween 'tuff" at the store.  Christie and Mike and Ridley came over and the boys played for a while then it was time to get ready to go trick-or-treating!  It was so fun walking outside and seeing all the excited kids.  Pearce and Ridley did pretty well for their first time trick-or-treating!  At one house, though, Pearce started putting his candy that he had already gotten into the man's candy bucket that he was handing out!  I had to look through the man's bucket and find the slobbery half eaten pieces and put those back in Pearce's bucket!  We went to several houses and Pearce was just so happy walking up and getting candy.  It was just such a fun time!  When we came back, Chris had chili heating up on the stove and man, was it good!  Surprisingly, the boys really didn't go crazy over all of their candy.  Pearce was happy eating a sucker and a few pieces of chocolate, but that was it.  Christie and I gave the boys a bath and Christie brought a fun bath activity for them...glo sticks!  Oh my gosh, they went crazy over those glo sticks!  They really went crazy over them after I turned out the lights!  I'm sort of sad it's over!  We had such a great time!  Can't wait until next year! 

This couple cracked me up!  They were both dressed in their tennis outfits and so "cutesy" looking.  They are the couple that already has these fancy tennis clothes in their closet and the wife says "Oh honey, let's just dress in our cute tennis clothes and be a cute tennis couple!"
